Medikia Finance Ltd operates Medivest in partnership with licensed financial institutions.

2. Eligibility

• Complete identity verification (KYC)

3. How Medivest Works

• Users deposit funds into their Medivest account
• Funds are locked for a fixed period (typically 90 days)
• Earnings accrue daily
• Accrued earnings can be withdrawn every 30 days
• Capital and remaining earnings become available after maturity

4. Nature of Service

• Medivest is NOT a personal loan service
• Funds are used for financing verified healthcare providers
• Returns are based on platform structure and financing performance

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities

6. Risk Disclosure

• Financial activities carry inherent risks
• Returns are not guaranteed
• Users participate at their own discretion

7. Withdrawals

• Accrued earnings may be withdrawn every 30 days
• Capital is locked for the full duration
• Withdrawals are subject to processing timelines

8. Fees

Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated within the platform.

9. Suspension & Termination

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to meet compliance requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

• Losses from misuse of the platform
• External system failures (banks, internet, etc.)
